MarSP project partner, ULPGC-ECOAQUA, will held two stakeholder engagement sessions in Canary islands: 16 october in Gran Canaria (Sala de Piedra, Sede Institucional de la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Juan de Quesada, 30, 35001 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria); and on 18 de octubre in Tenerife (C.O. de Canarias (IEO), Farola del Mar, 22, Dársena Pesquera, 38180 S/C de Tenerife).

This 3rd Engagement Workshop aims to first present the progress and devolpment of tolls of the MarSP project in order to start developing a Marine Spatial Planning in the Canary Islands, and, second, a more practical session, to take the first steps with appropriate scientific-technical criteria in a process of zoning of the marine environment and different marine and maritime activities.
